During the last 18 months significant capital investments have been implemented which is evidence to this commitment.
Reilly's goal is to expand our powder coating capabilities and market share. RFT recently installed a brand new State of the Art Wagner Prima Cube Super Booth. The Wagner Booth features faster color changes, better powder efficency, and powder reclaim. This new booth assure superior results in powder coating. The Wagner Booth will also enhance our ability to perform flawless color changes to accommodate small and large runs. Productivity gains will also be achieved thus providing the opportunity to offer additional increased production time.
Reilly has committed to growing its anodizing and chemical film processes. RFT has installed a custom built Anodizing and Chemical Film processing line. The new line provides larger tank sizes to accommodate larger parts. RFT has the capability to perform both Hard Coat (Type III) and Type II anodizing. Our new line has both automatic and manual operating features and tank sizes of 90”L x 22”W x 28”H.
